He has served as a managing director, FinOp and compliance officer of three San Francisco based broker/dealer firms. Mr. Dunn graduated from the University of Paris (Sorbonne) with a doctorate in economics; he holds a MBA, University of California, Berkeley, in Finance; and a BS, Oregon State University, in Business & Technology. Mr. Dunn is registered with FINRA (the securities industry self-regulatory organization) as a General Securities Principal (Series 24) and Financial & Operations Principal (Series 27).
